I have tried to buy some cilantro dressing from the store, but I found one that has a taste of El Pollo Loco. If anyone can find the recipe, or if you have a brand that sells salad dressing tastes like El Pollo Loco knew very grateful!

I've never eaten a chicken crazy, but my friend swears by this cilantro vinaigrette
3 fresh tomatillos, cut you into wedges
1 (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix butter package
1 cup mayonnaise
Butter 1 / 3 cup
1 cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 / 4 c. Tee ground pepper
Mix all ingredients in blender and refrigerate for at least an hour.
For a thicker dressing, may reduce the 1 / 2 cup and add 1 / 2 cup sour cream mix.
I do not know, but I wish we had both El Pollo Locos in my region of North America! But there are none.
